My web site got lock up for what ever reason after 10+ years being with them and they claim because it's on an older server. They want me to pay more to move it. I think it's scam to ripoff...

They currently run PHP 5.3.3, which came out in 2009. Our site needed version 7.0, which is almost a decade old. I don't know how all of their customer haven't been hacked. They cost the same...
