Tiffany A. Poole has practiced primarily in individual consumer bankruptcy since her Delaware bar admission in 1999. She has been a frequent presenter on consumer bankruptcy topics to a wide variety of groups and professional organizations. She is a current executive board member for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and for Melson-Arsht Inns of Court, and a past executive board member of the Pro Bono Inns of Court. Every year since 2010, she has been recognized by Delaware Today as a Top Bankruptcy Lawyer as chosen by other Delaware lawyers.
