"Grotto" may mean cave in Italy, but in Delaware, it means pizza, Grotto Pizza. Grotto Pizza was founded in Rehoboth Beach, Del., in 1960 by 17-year-old Dominick Pulieri, along with his brother-in-law, Joe Paglianite, and sister, Mary Jean. The company s menu is comprised of traditional and specialty pizza, such as the Baker s Choice, the Bianco, the Grotto Garden, the Grande and the Chicken BBQ. Additional menu items include cheese sticks, chicken wings and tenders, onion rings, breadsticks, salads, stromboli, pasta, subs and desserts. Grotto Pizza is a privately owned company that has a location in Wilmington, Del.

17.99 for a regular pizza (the size of a personal) is insulting. the taste is always changing. grotto's is turning into a money grab. I will go somewhere else where I get my money's worth.

Okay so since I am from Delaware, I love Grotto's pizza!! It's a Delawarean staple. I do agree that the Grotto's down by the beaches are much better but this grottos is still good!! I was sad...

Pizza was crap....limp and soggy, but the bruschetta w/ the small plain pie was fantastic! This was the Grotto's in Rehobeth DE
