G & E Supermarket

The new store (in the old HarrisTeeter) is familiar (looks like the HRT store). and is large and well stocked. My two issues: one, the books section. Great to have, but come on, "Women's Books" ?...

Prices are very high, went there yesterday & bought some groceries, nothing extraordinary, they charge for paper bags, on top of the high priced groceries. and they hardly have any cashiers...

Imagine Harris Teeter but with different signs. Well stocked. Their baked goods are only so so. And so was some of their produce. Don't go there looking for some crusty bread. Cleaner than giant...

i don't pay the 'no loyalty card' penalty if i'm shopping in a store while on vacation. Almost always the cashier has a card that he/she uses for such occasions. Every once in awhile I run into...
