The park is downtown where there Green is and the legislative hall is. It have some historic buildings and a museum. Some building like the museum you have to pay. Others is free like the walking tour

This park covers a group of buildings in the historic area of Dover. The state capitol building is a pretty small, unassuming building, but I guess a little state doesn't need a big capitol...
