Kim Provo joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in September 2001. A graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College with a Bachelor of arts degree in Psychology and the University of Maryland with a Master's of Education degree in Counseling, Kim holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses in Delaware and Maryland. Previously, Kim served for more than a decade as a mental health counselor. Having observed the stressful impact of uninformed financial decisions on her clients, she concluded that she could best use her knowledge and skills by educating individuals and families on the importance of long-term financial planning and motivating them to productive financial behaviors. Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Kim works closely with her clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Kim is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. Kim is married with three daughters.

Brianna Felts joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in September 2014. As a military spouse, she understands the unique situations and circumstances that place pressure on military families and is committed to helping them discover the confidence and peace of mind that come from financial security. A graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Brianna holds Series 6, 63, 65, 7 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Delaware, Florida, Kansas, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Brianna serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. Her thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables her to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. Brianna will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals. In her free time, Brianna enjoys baking, reading, and working out. Active in her community, Brianna is a member of Dover Air Force Base Honorary Commander.
