Pleased with the provider however the staff has no sense of urgency . Waiting room empty but it takes an extended time to get called to the back....

Avoid this place. If you don't see the doctor regularly. They will refuse to take you back as patient. This is a doctor office.You should not refuse to see people.Not everyone gets sick often.

This place is absolutely terrible. It's a minimum 45 minute wait (WITH AN APPOINTMENT), every time I go. Avoid like the plague.

Doctor Patterson is amazing. Front desk is the issue depending on who is working. Being as though they are the first ppl u see when entering they need to be more patient kind and understanding....
