Opening its business in 1920, The DuPont Country Club is a venue for events in the Wilmington, Del. area. Nestled within the historic Brandywine Valley, the club is surrounded by three 18-hole golf courses, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a fitness center. The main clubhouse boasts two ballrooms, eight banquet rooms and three restaurants. A former du Pont family residence, Brantwyn reflects a Georgian elegance in the wooded countryside of the Brandywine Valley. Built in 1940, many of the details of Bois-des-Fosses, the du Pont estate in France, were recreated at DuPont s Brantwyn facility. Brantwyn can accommodate 150 people for formal dining and up to 200 for cocktail and hors d'oeuvre receptions. The DuPont Country Club offers unique settings for any kind of business or social event such as executive annual meetings, corporate sales conferences and gala weddings.

This club was primarily a golf first club before the new owners bought DCC just a few years ago. Not anymore since the new owners took over. Neither owner plays golf at all...Both owners clearly...

probably the worst private club experience in the 4 state area. Food and drink service, abysmal, new owners pimp out the course to anyone with $$ and the members suffer from chewed up fairways...
