History

Delaware Vapor was started in 2012 during vaping's infancy. Our founder had tried every stop-smoking aid on the market with no success when he bought his first electronic cigarette. While these products seemed to work better for him than anything else he had tried, he found himself frustrated by unreliable hardware, hard to get parts and the lack of support that comes with buying online. The worst part was that he couldn't find a flavor that he liked enough to use all day long so he decided to learn how to produce his own liquids. By this time the vaping community was growing by leaps and bounds and our founder became evolved with several communities online and started going to small trade shows and meeting other passionate vapers. Juices were traded and passed around in these circles and demand for our liquid grew to the point that our founder was able to leave his job and start Delaware Vapor.

We were founded in an effort to provide expert knowledge and top rated products to our customers. In addition to the products and knowledge we also believe a business is only as strong as it's commitment to customer service and it is with that in mind that we will continue to strive for complete customer satisfaction. We struggled to find the right information and products when we started using electronic cigarettes. With that, we wanted to establish a business that focused on getting more people using electronic cigarettes rather than trying and not continuing with them due to inferior products and poor support. Our dedication goes well beyond the initial sale. With numerous fly-by-night establishments in the electronic cigarette industry, Delaware Vapor hopes we can earn your initial and repeat business with a pleasant shopping experience and a company that will stand behind the products they sell. The staff of Delaware Vapor are all electronic cigarette users. We only use the products we sell and if it doesn't pass our strict requirements we will not sell it. We are surely not the first store to use this method of thinking, but feel that this method is the best way to provide superior support for our products. As this industry continues to evolve, there will be many new products available. We will not release a product just to have the newest item available, but occasionally we may offer new products at discounted rates for evaluation.
