9590 Nanticoke Business Park Dr
Greenwood, DE 19950
The purpose of the Beracah Homes venture was to fill a void left when the modular home company, Nanticoke Homes, went bankrupt in the spring of 2002 and left many without jobs. In addition, there were no local modular home construction manufacturer on Delmarva Peninsula of Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Beracah Homes settled in Greenwood, Del., in February 2003. And within two months, production started. Constructed in a controlled production facility, the company s house plan options include homes ranging from approximately 684 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Beracah Homes is a wholesale builder only. Individual homebuyers must purchase their homes through one of the company s retail builders.

Beracah built our house in Ocean View DE starting in May 2016. EVERYONE I met or dealt with at this company was just FIRST Rate! They addressed every issue with the house quickly and completely...

This company is VERY arrogant! I didn't even get past the initial phone call. I would not recommend this company unless you enjoy dealing with condescending and rude staff. Stay away!!

They treat their employees like second class citizens and their quality of construction at their plant is exactly what you would expect from an employer like this.
