Charles is a crook, told the company he fixed my brand new product after coming multiple times and now he has ghosted us. No return phone calls won't answer the phone.

Terrible company, Charles Rector came out three times and couldn't fix it. He lied to the warranty company and screwed me on my reimbursement. They are crooks!
