With the short staffing and a few costumers. That was inside woth issues. The gentleman who set my Firstnet acount up was awesome. He was friendly was able to help. Definitely needs a raise.

Buy beware left Verizon to try at & t again. Service is drop calls left and right. Was told would get credits for AARP,porting phone number and my iPhone 10 XR 128GB. Unlimited 65 a month plan...
