I came in with a phone that wouldn't text or call anymore. The problem was something with my apple ID and Casandra went above and beyond to make sure I left with a working phone. Highly recommend.

They are not a corporate store. They made mistakes on my account that took me a couple of months to clean up with AT&T corporate. I do not recommend.
