Staff very nice facility is clean. Just limited equipment. Good basic gym. Get much better bang for your buck at the Edge Fitness if you can take the crowds!!'

I love Anytime I am a member at the Smyrna location. The staff is very friendly and interactive. The gym is never really crowded and machines are always available. I love working with my trainer...

Came here around 9am after Memorial Day...not crowded, none of the standard meat heads crowding the free weight area. Though not sure what the standard fare is here though, some locations I visit...

I would give a great review on most of the staff there..but I am just totally disappointed with going to the gym ..dressed..ready to work out and can't get in. This has happened over and over...
