At Above and Beyond Physiques we pride ourselves on helping all individuals regardless of their age, health or handicaps in order to accomplish a physique that is beyond any expectation. We believe that any good training program must start with a basic foundation in order to build the body as a whole. If you are trying to lose fat, you still need to build a strong physique in order to increase the amount of calories expended throughout the day. If you are trying to build muscle, then you need a strong foundation in order to prevent injuries and progress into more advanced lifting techniques. We want our clients to strive to be above average. We help the client to understand that without focus and discipline they will never accomplish the results they deserve. The end result of any training program is a much healthier person with a higher self esteem, less physical ailments, greater functional movements that allow ease with daily activity and of course, an appealing physique.
