Yuliya Koshkina, APRN

Michael Fitzpatrick is a neurologist with a subspecialty interest in epilepsy. He graduated from the Texas Tech University HSC School of Medicine in 2017 and completed his residency and fellowship training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in 2022. His goal is to refine his skills as a clinician-educator – every patient is a student eager to learn about their health and their condition.

Raised in Norwalk, Connecticut, Dr. Story graduated from Dartmouth College where he majored in engineering. He received his MD degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY, and was trained in general neurology and stroke at Yale University. Dr. Story has been in neurology practice in Norwalk, CT for 20 years, also serving as director of the Norwalk Hospital Stroke Center. He has served on various committees at Norwalk Hospital including 2 years as chairman of the Ethics Committee. Currently, Dr. Story is the Chief-of-Staff at Norwalk Hospital and section chief of neurology. Outside of work, Dr. Story enjoys, running, skiing, sailing, choral singing and spending time with family.

Dr. Forde-Cuffie firmly believes that patients should feel cared for and welcomed in an inclusive primary care setting. She treats patients age 18+. Her area of expertise is internal medicine and she is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine. She places heavy emphasis on preventive medicine in primary care as well as maintaining a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Dr. Forde-Cuffie prides herself in taking the time to understand the personal and cultural context of the whole patient and providing care with empathy and without judgement. In her free time, Dr. Forde-Cuffie enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling to Caribbean destinations and watching Netflix.
