For a YMCA, Only older women work there, and I doubt if any are Christian. Lots of Social Justice programs and flags. Broken Lockers and the steam room breaks down a lot. Nice location, members...

I'm a member of the Y in Middletown, NY and and work in Stamford sometimes. I found the Darien Y by a yelp search and was happily amazed. Great staff, nice pool, clean gym, great locker room...

Definitely needs another basketball court like the New Cannan YMCA, but other than that it's pretty good. Luv da snack bar and the two gyms!
