Work Out World

This location has been my first & last gym membership since 1998, so I suppose I'm a good candidate to review it. This gym has changed ownership so many times it leaves my head spinning....

This gym is filthy! There are windows that are high up in the main room, they are full of cob or spider webs. The ceiling is stained with water rings and possibly mold? There is dirt and dust...

One gets what they pay for. :-( I do love my trainer. He is perfecting and has extensive knowledge of muscle physiology.
