The Windsor Public Library, established in 1895, provides a selection of books, audio materials, videos and print subscriptions. The library offers computers with wireless Internet access. It provides library cards that feature access to computers and materials. The Windsor Public Library also offers interlibrary loan programs. The library publishes a newsletter, Library Line, which features library updates and news. It develops policies for loaning, renewing and reserving materials, as well as policies governing late returns and lost materials. The library provides meeting rooms for religious, civic and government groups. It offers several adult programs, including classic movies and book groups. The Windsor Public Library additionally provides passes to a variety of local museums.

Tons of fun stuff for kids. They have drop in classes as well as a lot of puzzles and toys. Always something to do at this library
