A good SNF but poor nursing leadership. Nursing leaders are too busy taking things personal instead like firing staff if they call in sick.

This place is horrible. While I understand that being a CNA is hard work, they are understaffed and over worked. HOWEVER, there are a couple CNA's there that should just find a different job....
