Mr. Heagle is a registered professional engineer in Connecticut and licensed land surveyor in Connecticut. Mark Friend, P.E., LEED AP, a partner since 1990, has over twenty five years of experience in the disciplines of engineering and surveying. Mr. Friend is also a Soil Scientist and member of the Society of Soil Scientists of Southern New England. He has extensive experience in the areas of land use planning and site design, wetlands mapping, stormwater management, soils erosion and sedimentation control design and implementation, and construction inspection. Mr. Friend is a registered professional engineer in Connecticut and a LEED Accredited Professional.
