Vernon Manor Health Care Center, located in Vernon, Conn., is a family owned, more than 120-bed skilled nursing facility that has been providing health care to seniors since 1977. The center offers rehabilitative, short-term and long-term care, as well as dementia care. It also offers subacute care services, intravenous therapies, pain management, orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation services, complex wound management, respite care and acute inpatient care for hospice clients. It additionally offers a dementia and subacute rehabilitation unit.
