It provides bags and paper products of various designs, such as patch handle, drawstring, zipper garment, header, hook, tape closure, wicket and roll stock. The company offers food and gift packaging, apparel and cosmetics bags, as well as banners, mailers and envelopes. Poly-Pak Industries serves a range of industries, including the retail, information technology, agriculture, health care and pharmaceutical. It also provides packaging solutions for the commercial sector and consumer products. The company offers delivery, repair and replacement services and maintains a customer service department. Additionally, Poly-Pak Industries provides financial assistance through third-party lending institutions. With a location in Melville, N.Y., it maintains offices throughout the world.

We are a second generation owned and operated business. We give personalized attention to our customers, and go out of our way to make sure the customer is satisfied with our product. We warranty our product for one year from date of installation. If you have a problem, we respond. We don't ignore customers after the job is completed. We stand behind our work. Word of mouth recommendations are a strong part of our business. Other companies in the industry offer longer warranties, but they are not worth the paper they are written on. Eighty percent of the industry is small fly-by-night fabricators. They are small shops that give low prices, do shoddy work, and are out of business in 5 years. Acme is not one of these businesses. Acme Awning serves the Tri-state metropolitan New York area. Our target clients include upscale specialty retail shops, restaurants, commercial reality buildings ( residential apartments ), architects, interior designers, and construction companies. We have one of the largest factories in the Tri-state area. We do all work in house, from sales to design, manufacturing, and installation. We are always upgrading equipment to have the latest technology. The owners have over 95 combined years in the industry. Acme is also a member of IFAI, the Industrial Fabric Association International.
