when I shared with the doctor how stressed I was about finances and I wasn't able to pay all my bills he tried to sell me his used Camaro. He has the bedside manner of a coffee mug.

No class people. Office help yelling at someone for not paying their bill. Everyone hearing what was said. The MD probably graduated last in his class.
