OUTSIDE - in the heart of Greenwich on main drag. Like an old bank bldg years ago ENTRANCE- very elegant looking inside. However the showroom is small COLLECTIONS - not a plethora of selections...

I love Tumi products. It lasts forever. They make some cool stuff. But for me it is the durability. Smart designs, durable products, good looking.

I love the luggage and the staff is amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. The store manager is very helpful and deserves a promotion!

Horrible customer service. Took me two visits and hours just to make an exchange. The employee and the manager were both rude and incompetent. Stay away from this store!
