Apparently, if you buy over retail oil from them they'll do you a favor and work on your home heating equipment. If you don't buy from them don't bother calling, "We can't help you out" as per...

called to have someone install a new thermostat. He wanted 450 dollars and they would credit my credit card if it didn't total that much. Just to come out was a flat 200!
