I understand the frustration of poor sales staff. I have to recommend Katie at this store as a great saleswoman and kind person. Give it another try and ask for Katie. She is very conscientious.

This is by far the worst Talbots that I've ever shopped at. I don't know what the deal is, but I swear that each and every time I'm in this store the sales people would rather chat with one...
