Chef Jose G. Flores Lopez and his wife Laura Centeno always had a dream to own there own business. Where they could give the people 100% Authentic Mexican food that you can't find around here. Chef Jose has worked in restaurants around Fairfield County he knows everything from Italian, American, Mexican, seafood, and much more. He has good reviews from The NY Times. Tacos Los Potrillos is the place to go.

Food is amazing & so is the customer service. I totally recommend this taco truck . Food is always on point and fresh , try their vampiro tacos they are delicious.

This is a great authentic Mexican food...my waifs really enjoy the chicken nachos especially because chicken was not over cook like another places.
