I never been to the new Britain location but the downtown Hartford location signature fruit smoothies are absolutely amazing ! The crew members and owners are awesome as well .

Smoothies are good but customer service is lacking. The woman at the register was unprofessional. I tried to give them a second chance on another occasion and they weren't open during business hours.
