Making appointments seem to be a joke as they take walk ins over them. They seem to be short staffed and service is really being impacted. It's a haircut and shouldn't be stressful

It used to great. Fast staff turnover. There is something deeply dysfunctional going on at this particular location and it has clearly affected the quality of the staff they are able to hire....
