Suffield House

The Suffield House, located in Suffield, Conn., is part of the Connecticut Health Facilities that operates several senior care facilities in the state. Established in 1972, the retirement community is a more than 120-bed skilled nursing facility with over 10 assisted living units known as Eagle Pointe that provides long-term care and comprehensive short-term rehabilitation services. Its nursing care facility offers 24-hour rehabilitative care and includes on-site medical services, including pharmacy services and physical, occupational, speech and language therapies. Its staff includes visiting physicians, psychiatrists, podiatrists, registered dieticians and counseling and support groups. Its assisted living facility offers residents a full range of health care, as well as opportunities for various social, recreational and cultural events.
