Judy “Dede” Farnsworth, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in Women's Health. For more than 35 years she has helped provide gynecologic care to women in Connecticut. Judy offers specialized care for a wide range of women's health issues including menopausal symptoms, sexual health conditions such as sexual dysfunction and sexually transmitted diseases, contraceptive counseling, gynecologic skin conditions, and yearly wellness exams. Judy also treats women diagnosed with eating disorders and weight management conditions. She strives to improve the quality of life for each of her patients, ensuring both physical and mental health needs are addressed. Judy provides supportive and personalized care, in a relaxed environment, helping women throughout every stage of life. She practices evidence-based medicine and ensures that each treatment plan is individualized and best fits a patient’s beliefs and lifestyle.

Dr. Rose is a dedicated and compassionate family physician serving the Norwalk community. During her residency at Stamford Hospital, she worked to provide evidence-based medical care to the City's underserviced population. She then joined the growing Stamford Health Medical Group and began her career in Norwalk. Dr. Rose is passionate about working closely with patients to address their concerns as well as to cultivate healthy lifestyle choices, all while striving to provide the best medical care available.
