Soapbox Laundry

I visited Soapbox Laundry on behalf of my boss. Her dryer was broken and needed to use Soapbox to wash/dry her laundry for about a week. When I visited, it looked like any laundry place...used and...

Filthy. 30% of machines not working. Load clothes, pour soap, card swipe to pay doesn't work and then quarters get stuck. Ask for hot water no hot water. Avoid clothes only have 26 min cycle....

Machines that worked were fine but facility was dirty and run down. More than half of the washers were out of order. Not a very clean looking place. Need to get the broken machines either...

I stopped in because I had a couple of large, bulky comforters which did not fit at my home dryer and washer. Luckily at this laundromat they had several machines which would accommodate my needs....

Had to lower my review as they do NOT enforce their mask wearing rule as mandated. Some customers with no mask at all and those with masks are mostly wearing them with their nose sticking out....
