COVID UPDATE: March 2020 Our retail store is currently Curbside pickup only. Simpson & Vail, Inc., incorporated in 1929, is the 2nd oldest tea and coffee company in the US. We sell to individuals as well as tea packers, retail stores, cafes, gift shops, and restaurants. Our philosophy is to supply, inform and satisfy the consumer with the best and most environmentally conscious products available. We are family owned and blend small batches, in-house, to ensure freshness. Currently we offer over 380 teas, a large assortment of tea accessories, a line of 100 herbal tisanes, over 80 types of coffee, and a plethora of specialty gourmet food products. Some of our tea lines are: National Park tea, Literary Teas, Dessert Teas, Holiday Teas, and Yoga & Chakra Herbal teas.

I have found the teas that they have graded, are misrepesented. I cannot trust accurate grading representations from them in the future.

Well when they have their products in stock they are the best products. Everything I've tried I've loved. Period
