Upon entering, Sakimura transports its guests to Japan with its natural decor, peaceful music and the sound of wind chimes. Natural wood is used throughout, with fine craftsmanship present in the party room, which features a boat-shaped table seating 16 people. Sakimura also accommodates large parties with four hibachi tables and plenty of outdoor rooftop seating. A display of chopsticks on the wall opposite the sushi bar represents more than 100 members of the chopstick club, a sign of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Located at the Fiddlers Green in the center of Simsbury, Sakimura has been a local mainstay for eight years.
