Do not return calls or respond to online requests. Supposedly LG authorized repair but won't respond to acknowledge if they do microwaves. Should be removed by LG.

Called about 10 times, every other day and no response. Roche had come to our home and fixed our Mitsubishi about 6 years ago. Now can't be bothered to return my calls
