I give this place four stars because I love Latin-American food. You will find here a blend of Puertorican style or made food and they have some items made to order like their mofongo or tostones....

Pataleos y papas rellenas for a George Washington each. That's all I order. I've been satisfied with the quality some days, and not so much on other days.

Rainbow isnt in the best location or the prettiest restaurant but the food is like none other good prices for a home cooked latina meal
