We at Regency House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center focus on healing so the joys of daily living can be celebrated. Our center provides post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services, including a myriad of medical and therapy services. We offer around-the-clock care for those living with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Elim Park Place is located in Cheshire, Conn., and offers health care services. It offers various services, such as rehabilitation, residential care, chronic and convalescent. Its social service department is a liaison between residents, families, insurers, physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals. Its rehabilitation services include short-term inpatient beds and outpatient services for residents of Cheshire communities, full continuum of health care, physical, occupational and speech therapies, subacute and rehabilitation program for recovering from illness and injury. Its residential care includes more than 40 beds for residents who are physically and mentally disabled; independent caring, dining facilities, housekeeping and laundry services, full recreation and activities program and transportation.
