No customer service at all. Wait to drop off a sample is almost 2 hours. I'd rather forgo medical care. This place is absolutely inefficient.

This location is very busy, and the automated schedule system overschedules them, which puts a lot of pressure on the staff as well as patients left waiting well beyond their wait times. But...
