HistoryCore Strength began 3 years ago when we decided to open a space where top Pilates instructors and health practitioners, motivated to create their own following, could bring their clients. A place they and their clients would be happy and look forward to coming to every time. We found such as space on East 61st St., a former wellness center designed in-balance with the 5 Elements of Feng Shui. It was perfect for what we were looking for. A place where the city disappears and people enjoy focusing on their workouts, their health, and all-around wellness of being in a beautiful, calm, supportive environment.SpecialtiesAt our wellness center you can receive one-on-one private Pilates sessions, Acupuncture, Massage, Physical Therapy, and Energy Healing sessions. At Core Strength, you will enjoy highly qualified instructors and practitioners who are solidly educated and well versed in their craft. We are also a rental center providing space and equipment for Pilates instructors, and rooms for practitioners in fields such as acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, and other alternative health professions.
