There is a lot of wait time and appointments run late. The doctor's care is fine, but the office is run poorly. We had to wait in the lobby for a long time and then had to wait in the exam room...

I am always well taken care of by Dr. Bier & his staff. Dr. Bier gives you the time you need to ask any questions. He sincerely cares about his patients & you can't say that about all doctors.
