Located in the heart of Danbury, CT, Po-Yo is a haven for rotisserie chicken enthusiasts. The succulent aroma of our signature "Pollo a la Brasa" has been tantalizing taste buds since 2005 at Empire of the Incas, and now, it takes center stage at Po-Yo, delighting patrons with its mouthwatering appeal.

While our focus is on the classic rotisserie chicken, we don't stop there. Our diverse menu boasts an array of delectable dishes crafted with the same flavorful expertise. And what better way to complement your meal than with a refreshing draft beer from our selection? At Po-Yo, we invite you to savor the perfect marriage of flavors and the nostalgic charm of our retro-themed ambiance.

Always delicious! I'm a huge fan of their quinoa bowl, which is enough for two people. Tostones are perfectly crispy, yucca fries are perfect. Great sauces too!
