They don't give you any money for brand new clothes. They barely look through your basket of clothes you bring. Customer service sucked too. Go to savers up the road it's a better store in general.

They offered $2 to buy a bag full of mostly new, trendy clothing items. In that case, donating it makes so much more sense.
