My first visit and looking for specific food for my 12 week old Shih Tzu puppies. The representative was friendly, helpful, professional and couldn't do enough. Kudos to her and Pet Supplies Plus.

In 2024, my dog got skunked, & they wouldn't let us use the self service facilities. My dog needs 2 x week medicated baths now. & I have to find a more cooperative venue for that.
