Always a 30+ min wait on hold to talk to someone. Not very helpful and Processes in 2019 seem ancient compared to a Chase or Bank of America.

I agree with the other negative reviews. Horrible experience when they bought out Farmington who had my loan for 4 years and were wonderful. They didn't notify me via email or phone of the payment...
