Very friendly staff. They fixed my husband's glasses for free. And they shortened my Ray Ban sunglasses so they fit perfect on me. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

I've had good success at Pearle. I find the doc reserved but not condescending. Saleswoman very knowledgeable and helpful with complex issues. Gave honest and good advice on look of frames. AARP...
