Paulie B's Pizza Wagon

History

Paul Barbiero, AKA Paulie B, has been cooking pizza since he was a teenager working in a local pizzeria. As an adult, he built his own wood fired brick oven in his yard and has been cooking pizza for family and friends for many years. He receives such rave reviews he decided to share his authentic brick oven pizza. He customized a wood fired brick oven inside a trailer so he can tow it to any location and provide the best pizza party experience.

Paulie B's Pizza Wagon is based out of the New Haven, Ct area. We will tow our pizza truck to your location for any event or occasion in the spring, summer or fall. We cook pizza, with your favorite toppings, in our custom made, wood fired brick oven for you and your guests. The delicious thin crust pizza is served buffet style on tables provided by us.
