went the other day around lunch rush and they only had 3 people working. everything was great however i ordered a caesar salad and they gave me ranch instead.

2 bagel sandwiches , 2 smoothies(small) $29 ordered in-house waited 20+ minutes. Not sure about online orders but no one next to us waiting for food....and I smell like a cheap diner after a fresh...

Had the tuna on some sort of stale roll .,a teaspoon worth of tuna , large lettuce leaf and 2/4 inch thick tomato slice. , wish I had tuna on it that was not garlic lousy watery chicken soup like...

This place is always inconsistent. I usually get the half sandwich and soup combo. The half sandwich they give me usually measures at about 3 inches, basically a finger sandwich, but I'm paying...

The Albany Ave restaurant in West Hartford is filthy. The food prep area as well as the tables in the restaurant to the condiment trays and the soda machine disgustingly dirty.
