Noble Horizons provides rehabilitation services, and is located in Salisbury, Conn. It offers various services that include independent living, residential hotel living, intermediate care, skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation. Its Noble Horizons campus offers a various venues where family and friends may gather, such as chapel lobby, cobble living room, clubhouse, Wagner learning center and a community room. It additionally provides a wellness clinic, fitness center, country store and beauty salon. Noble Horizons also provides handicap-accessible van, shopping trips, meals and Hudson River boat trips. Its lifelong learning program includes the Taconic Learning Center which offers college-level courses, art exhibits, greenhouse and resident pets. It sponsors several annual fundraising events to provide special services for residents.
