The X-hose is junk. Yes the do offer a lifetime replacement but require you to return the broken hose first. The cost to return is from $10-$15 each time. I have returned several and it appears...

The Xhose Pro is garbage and the company and retailer (Ace Hardware) do not honor the warranty. Regardless of the warranty on the box, Ace refused to honor it. Getting a "one time only"...
